Uche Jombo Studios in conjunction with Nollywooduncut UK presents NOLLYWOOD STAR SEARCH! This is a reality show at the end of which a lucky winner will be featured in a movie to be produced by Uche Jombo’s UJ Studios and directed byDesmond Elliot in the summer of 2012!
Nollywood Uncut brings to the UK, the great opportunity to become a Nollywood star and feature alongside other Nollywood greats in a mainstream Nollywood film. Nollywood Uncut (best Nollywood website 2011 winner) has partnered with multi Award winning Uche Jombo studios to create this opportunity. Nollywood actress, writer and producer, Uche Jombo won the Actress of the Year award at the annual Exquisite Magazine Lady of the Year award in 2011.
The programme is open to all Nigerians, Africans & Afro Carribean nationals as well as Nollywood is now a global industry. Auditions start in April/May 2012. As consolation prizes five other participants will get smaller roles in the movie.
Uche Jombo is currently one of the leading film makers in Nollywood and has been touring Europe and the USA with her movie, on domestic violence titled ‘DAMAGE’ which stars Uche Jombo, Tonto Dikeh and Kalu Ikeagwu etc.
